The current cabinet has plans to have a selective group of city-councils experiment with regulating / decriminalizing / legalizing cannabis. A good idea because the current tolerance policy, whereby coffee shops are allowed to sell cannabis but do not buy in and the cultivation of the plant is forbidden, seems to lack some logic.
